Sticky Chicken Wings

The only thing that goes with Sticky Wings are chips! They're just so nice! Unfortunately, we can't have chips on the menu - by the time it gets to your table it's cold. And a warmed-up chip is just awful. So we will leave the chips up to you to make.
What's in our Sticky Wings? Well, wings of course! And Honey, Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Chutney, Lemon Juice and Sweet Chilli Sauce. All roasted together. Yes, licking the plate afterwards is allowed...

One of our Signature Dishes. Fabulous for parties! Chicken wings and Pineapple pieces, cooked in our special Sweet & Spicy Hawaiian Sauce, then caramelised on a cast-iron griddle. Turn this out over a bed of stir-fried rice spread on banana leaf. Exotic and sooo nice!! (We will supply the banana leaf if you don't have any)

By decree of the French Monarchy, every citizen should have this as a Sunday Meal. The Royal Chef was tasked to develop a dish that was easy to make and affordable. Coq Au Vin was the result. Who are we to argue?
Like the name says - Chicken cooked in wine. The original recipe called for Burgundy.... a good taste but can make the meat purple! Not a good look. Web use a semi-sweet white, add mushrooms and veggies, serve with rice. Hmmmm!

Chicken & Avocado Pasta

Chicken Avocado Pasta started off in our kitchen as as cold salad. By accident a pot was left on the stove and heated just a tad..... Since then it's become a fully fledged hot main meal - still good cold as well!!
Steamed Chicken Breast is shredded while still warm and added to a pot of steaming Pasta Alfredo. Gently fold in cubed avocado and chopped coriander leaves (dhania). Bon Appétit!
